Users struggle to quickly evaluate listings and contact sellers because key information is scattered, visual hierarchy is weak, and important actions are hard to find.
The redesign focused on improving clarity at key decision points by strengthening visual hierarchy, simplifying filters, and making the primary contact action always accessible.

The main audience of ss.com are adults aged 30–50 who frequently post real estate, transport, or service listings. Many are not tech-savvy, so I focused on clarity, large interactive zones, and familiar patterns.
“I wanted anyone — regardless of age or experience — to intuitively understand how to use the site.”
prototyping & Iterations.
The feedback showed that overall navigation felt logical, but some visual and structural improvements were needed.

Users first read descriptions, then specs → I changed block order
Two search bars were confusing → merged into one
Users wanted quick sharing → added a “Share” icon on cards
Text felt dense → increased spacing and readability
Users wanted persistent access to “Call” and “Message” → I fixed the action bar on scroll
They preferred to browse photos directly on cards → I added an inline slider.
redesign.
The old homepage was overloaded with text and lacked visual anchors. Categories blended together, making browsing difficult.

Added clear grouping of categories and recommendations, with a new, more user-friendly header and a cleaner layout with more white space and consistent alignment.

Text-based list with no visual hierarchy or filters made browsing difficult.

Introduced visual cards, clear filters, and recommendations for faster, easier navigation.

Many ads were visible at once, but tiny images and dense text made scanning and comparison difficult.

Increased image size, moved the price to the top, and used more spacing and typographic hierarchy.

The page lacked a clear structure — to view the photo gallery, users had to scroll down the entire page. The price and main CTA buttons were also placed at the bottom, making it difficult to notice or take action quickly.

Added a visible photo gallery at the top, with the price and CTAs fixed on the right side of the screen for constant visibility. The text content was reorganized for better readability, and a section with similar listings was added to keep users engaged.

Added a map view for listings, as this feature was initially missing.
This improves user convenience and helps them navigate listings more efficiently.
